| The following sections are a rough description of the [[Vu-Yunu|Advanced Chromatic]]’s culture. Because they gained their sentience by, essentially, stealing it from other races, their culture is very close in many aspects to that of those races. For instance, the chromatic tradition of binding their various body parts may have originally come from the way that other races bind their hair or bodies.

===== Hierarchy & Social Order =====

| The chromatic have a very complex 12-step hierarchy due mainly to the division between those that feed off sentient beings and those that do not. The names of the positions in this hierarchy are in the language of [[Na]]; [[Kinaso]]. In the case of any ambiguities, the lowest position possible is always assumed. For example, if a [[Vu-Yunu]] becomes a [[Vu-Rayunu]] at some point, but then goes back to living life like a Vu-Yunu, that chromatic is still considered to have the position of Vu-Rayunu.\\  \\ 
Listed below is the hierarchy as determined by the high chromatic, from highest position to the lowest.

| **Vu-Ki**\\ <kinaso>vu xx ki</kinaso>\\ //Of the Purest Spirit//\\ \\ Purest; God\\ \\ The singular Most-High Chromatic. This mythical Chromatic lives in the wild and has the appearance of a [[Vu-Koko]] Chromatic, but an intellect greater than all, as well an ability to form actual objects using it’s [[No]] and mastery of manipulating magic, life, and spirit.

| **Vu-Kinu**\\ <kinaso>vu xx ki nu</kinaso>\\ //White Being of the Highest Spirit//\\ \\ Elite; High Preist\\ \\ The most elite and learned chromatic. These chromatic bind their tails and No. They also must cover their third eye. Chromatic can only be born into this position. These chromatic are able to use their No to manipulate spirit and life. The current Vu-Kinu is [[Sinusuvo]].

| **Vu-Kukunu**\\ <kinaso>vu xx ku ku nu</kinaso>\\ //White Being of Very Bright Spirit//\\ \\ Commander\\ \\ The guards and fighting forces for the Vu-Kinu. These chromatic bind their tails and No. Chromatic in this position must be former Vu-Koyunu chromatic. These chromatic are able to use their No to manipulate spirit. [[Kuriruvu]] was once the head Kukunu, before he betrayed his people. The current Vu-Kukunu are [[TBD]].

| **Vu-Kunu**\\ <kinaso>vu xx ku nu</kinaso>\\ //White Being of Bright Spirit//\\ \\ Guard; Protector\\ \\ Servants to both the [[Vu-Kinu]] and the [[Vu-Kukunu]]. These chromatic bind their tails. About half Vu-Yunu chromatic become Vu-Kunu chromatic. Chromatic in this position must be former [[Vu-Koyunu]] or [[Vu-Kokoyunu]] Chromatic (in other words, they must have at least one sentient- consuming parent). Their main duties are protection of all sentient- consuming Chromatic and resource gathering. [[Nusuvi]] is the Vu-Kunu that acts as guard-protector for the party in rescue of [[James]].
