===== King Leonosis =====

The monarch of the [[Location:Casaran]] Protectorate, an archipelago in the western ocean. His throne in the tallest of the two towers at the center of the capitol city on the island of [[Location:Casaran]] itself. By means not well understood, he keeps peace between the Magister's guild and the Artificier's Union and governs them through the Ministry of Magic and Science - housed in the other tower.
