Personality

Sinusuvo is an experienced leader of the people, knowing the when is the right time and what are the right words. On a personal level he has a gentle an inviting presence, although he has a stern attitude about convictions seemingly unwavering. Sinusuvo has a heavy measure of pride and self-righteousness which has developed from compounding compromises in his desperate situation. He has all but murdered his conscience with this compromise, and therefor has the capacity to be horribly cruel.

Goals

Upholding the way of his people, at any cost- as well as gaining & maintaining the power that comes with his awesome sin.

History

  • Sinusuvo was born of one primitive and one advanced chromatic.
  • He was taken in by a high priest when very young. (orphaned?)
  • Grew proving to be much hardier and more intelligent then his adopted sibling(s), out of respect they receded their inherited position to him.
  • Leads for a time, gaining respect and proving a good and beneficial leader.
  • Does not marry, wishing to allow his sibling’s child to take his place as thanks for his sibling stepping aside.
  • Sinusuvo’s true ancestry is not public information - even he may not be entirely aware (?).
  • Seeing Kuro as similar to himself (more similar then he knows?), he takes him in.
  • He gets inklings of the rebellion, is betrayed by his adopted son.
  • During the siege by the rebellion, Sinusuvo struggles to care for his people. After the arrival and death of James Haller, Sinusuvo becomes desperate and begins to compromise. He discovers amazing power. Present.

Relationships

  • Yorovu - Sinusuvo leads beside Yorovu’s older brother, Karasiru. Having only love for this youthful high-priest, he has no suspicion of his sister. Sinusuvo respects and admires Yorovu for her gentleness and benevolence, believing her to be a ideal female citizen and nothing more.
  • Korirava - Korirava, or Kuriruvu as he was called as a young man. was raised and deeply loved by Sinusuvo. He saw himself in Kuriruvu, who was his pride and joy. After betrayal, however, Sinusuvo effectively disowned Korirava in his heart. Although he once would have accepted him him into his family once more if Korirava returned to the way of the high chromatic, Sinusuvo now considers him an enemy. He would not hesitate to kill Korirava if it were necessary to restore peace for his people.
  • Karasiru - Sinusuvo leads alongside Karasiru. Knowing very well that his younger peer has little interest in politics, Sinusuvo is very careful with how he influences Karasiru. Although they are equal leaders, Sinusuvo finds himself relating to Karasiru in a fatherly way, trying to gently guide him toward being a more upstanding and suitable leader.
  • The Civilized Chromatic - Generally, Sinusuvo is respected and idolized among his people. As the oldest of the three high priests in power during the time of this story, Sinusuvo is looked to as being the most wise and fit to lead. Sinusuvo loves and cares for his kin, hoping for their continued growth in the way he believes best suits them.
